Please use the following address if you are planning to ship exhibit materials in advance. Use of any other address may cause unnecessary delays in getting your materials to us. We will notify you when materials have been received.
2008 Sustainability Conference - <your company name here>Please notify us if you plan to ship any especially large items. We are refering to items that might require several people or a forklift to move. Contact us at sustainability@calpoly.edu. You may return ship items from the conference however this will be handled solely at the exhibitor's expense and may include an additional handling charge.
The Exhibit Hall is located in Mott Gym on the Cal Poly campus (Building #42 on map). Booth assignments will be emailed to each exhibitor.
Exhibitor set up is between 10AM-4PM on Thursday, July 31, 2008. The Opening Reception will take place in the Exhibit Hall from 5-7PM on Thursday evening.
We will provide you with an approximate 10'x10' booth (pipe-and-drape), one 8' table draped, and two chairs. There will be access to 2-3 electrical power outlets on a standard 120V power strip.
We ask that you bring a 25' or longer extension cord, please.
We are scheduled to have wireless internet access in the exhibit space during the conference at no additional charge.
Your booth perimeter and furniture set up will be ready by 10AM on Thursday, July 31. All items previously shipped to the campus will be delivered to your booth by this time. You will be responsible for installing your booth display elements; we will not have staff available for display unpacking or assembly.
If you have additional needs for your space or any questions about the above outline, please contact the conference organizers and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Take down of exhibit booths is on Saturday, August 2nd starting at 2PM. Items needing to be shipped can either be picked up on Saturday after 3PM by special arrangement with the conference organizers and your shipping company, or they may be held on campus until Monday, August 4th and be picked up during normal campus business hours.

* Note: Breakfast in the Campus Dining Hall is for Exhibitors and Conference Attendees staying on campus only. Coffee will be available in the Exhibt Hall starting at 7AM on Friday and Saturday. Boxed Lunch will be available for pick up in vicinity of Exhibit Hall.
